1. Find 6 midshipmen.
2. Tape the letters G-O-N-A-V-Y to their uniforms.
3. Let them mill around in an inappropriate manner.
4. Take a picture.
5. Send to your favorite sailor. Repeat as necessary.

Yeah, this is a Navy-AirForce game. But it's still pretty damn funny.
