WSUS on closed networks

If you're planning on running WSUS on a closed network (e.g., one with no connectivity to *.microsoft.com), Microsoft documentation for setting up a "Disconnected Network" is quite helpful.

FYI, SUS support will be discontinued by Microsoft in December 2006, so there's no hurry to migrate just yet. If you need to install SUS on a closed network, this is probably the best place to start.
